Outreach Opportunity (12/1/2011) You put kids together with soccer, swimming and crafts, you’ve got yourself a really exciting
day of fun! The members of CBC have been working alongside the Word of Life camp to help reach under privileged children in
the Republic of Panama. On Nov. 19th, the Word of Life camp hosted a day for the children of Metro Amigo in order that
they could come out from the city to their camp in Punta Chame.
Metro Amigo is a government- operated children’s
center that assists in meeting the needs of underprivileged children. Many of these children have been abandoned by
their parents. Metro Amigo has three homes, one for boys, one for girls and one for young children. On this particular
Saturday, the house parents of Metro Amigo were spiritually filled with words of encouragement offered by Mario Herrera. Our
very own Pastor Tim refereed soccer while some of the ladies from CBC helped with life guarding and crafts. Witnessing
the joy in the children’s faces made this day a great success! If you love kids and serving the Lord, the Word
of Life camp can always use workers. During the dry months they have up to 200 children each week, experiencing God’s
love at work in their lives. If interested, kindly contact Mirko and Traci Delibasich. They would be happy to be of
assistance.

Another Successful God's Eyes (11/24/2011) CBC served with the God’s Eyes missionaries and held clinics Nov.
21-23 in Chame, Bejuco and Las Uvas. Over those three days, we met the sight needs of 354 people. We also prayed with
each one of them; many of which accepted Christ as their personal Savior! Many thanks to Dr. Bryan Kaiser and
Dr. Joseph Sansanelli for coming to Panama again! We had 45 volunteers who helped over those 3 days doing everything
and anything necessary to facilitate the mission, from translation assistance, assembling eyeglasses, registration, driving
patients, triage, helping them read eye charts, and last but most important, prayer. God has blessed CBC and our community
with many willing helpers! We are hoping to do another God’s Eyes mission during the dry season so that we may reach
the more remote areas. If you are aware of any specific needy locations, please email your suggestions!

CBC Missions Update 10/1/2011 New Mom's Mission Lots of exciting things are happening in Missions
at Coronado Bible Church! The monthly visits to Penonome Hospital continue with amazing results in women accepting Christ!
By providing them with hand-made tote bags with needed items (clothing, diapers, baby wipes, etc.) we have the opportunity
to witness to about 25 new moms each month. In addition, we also visit the pediatric unit and provide small items (juice
boxes, snacks, coloring pages, stuffed animals, toys, etc. to brighten their day). We are always accepting
donations of items or money to keep this mission going! The most needed items are: cloth diapers (cheapest
place to purchase is Super Fuerte in Penonome or Costo in La Chorrera or Panama City); baby wipes (SuperExtra in La Chorrera
has for $1 per package for 80 wipes). We also need people to sew so if you are interested, please
email us at missions@CoronadoBibleChurch.org. Attention Snowbirds! We are excited to have you coming back
to worship with us soon! If you have grandbabies or friends with babies in the states and can bring back used clothing
(up to size 9 months) or small stuffed animals, that would be very helpful! We are running low! Also, if you would
like to go with us to the Hospital one month, let us know! We are trying to give as many people as possible the opportunity
to participate! Mario & Fernanda Mario
& Fernanda are working hard at teaching the foster kids as well as the neighborhood kids how to live a Christian life.
We encourage you to buy a few food items or give them a gift certificate from El Rey or Super 99 to help! They have
a lot of mouths to feed around there! CASA Craft Fair We will have a table at the November 19, 2011, CASA Craft Fair to La Carreta Restaurant in Coronado.
We will be selling baked goods as well as craft items. We are making crosses, picture frames and ornaments out of shells.
For those of you on the beach, we still need SMALL shells for this project! All proceeds will support Church missions!
If you have any crafts you would like to donate, please bring them to church or contact missions@CoronadoBibleChurch.org. God’s Eyes Mark your calendars for the next God’s Eyes! It will be November 21-23! We need
translators, helpers, drivers and people to prepare lunch. We will have sign-up sheets within the next couple of weeks.
If you aren’t in Panama yet but will be and would like to help, please email missions@CoronadoBibleChurch.org. We need LOTS of volunteers in order for this to go smoothly! It is a truly
amazing experience to be involved in and you will be blessed for helping! Summary We thank God and you for the opportunity to spread the word of God’s love! We couldn’t do
it without you! The Missions Team

CBC Missions Update August
23, 2011
Mario &
Fernanda
Mario & Fernanda Herrera
are now moved into their rental home in Bejuco. They are working hard with both their foster children and the children
they are adopting. In addition, they are reaching out to the neighborhood children and teaching them how to live a Christian
life. Each week, they are working with 30+ area kids on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays either at their house or
Word of Life! That’s a lot of mouths to feed and you know how kids can eat!
What can you do to help?
Bring in non-perishable food items to Church to give to them! If you don’t want to shop, how about picking up
a gift card from El Rey or Super 99 that they can use? Did you know that you can use your El Rey points to redeem
for gift cards?
CSA Craft Sale
Information
The Missions Committee
has decided to take part in the November 19th CSA Craft Fair to be held at La Carreta (Equestrian Club) in Coronado.
We will have a table to sell baked goods to raise money for various missions projects.
Pana Christopher and Belinda
Florada will be coordinating this effort and know that you will all do your best to help make this a huge success. Of
course, we will be looking for lots of yummy baked goods of all kinds to sell that day. Our church is blessed with MANY
wonderful bakers! We will also need volunteers to help man the booth. We have freezer space for baked goods
made ahead of time so it’s not too early to start baking!
Please let Pana (6796-2862) or Belinda (6965-2382)
know what you would like to help out with. It should be a fun endeavor for all who participate!
God’s
Eyes
We are tentatively planning another God’s
Eyes in mid-November. Please be in prayer as the details are worked out that this comes together. We will keep
you posted once things are finalized. We are also hoping to have a God’s Eyes in February. This will allow
us to get out to the interior to some needy areas as well as allow our seasonal members the opportunity to participate.
New Mom’s Ministry
The New Mom’s Ministry has expanded to also visit the Pediatric Unit
at Penonome Hospital. This month when we visited on August 11, 2011 it was “high season”. There were
28 mothers in Maternity and 35 kids in the Pediatric Unit! We scrambled to come up with something for everyone!
We have been preparing 25 bags for new Mom’s and 20 bags for the pediatric unit but it wasn’t enough! We
visit the hospital once per month. If you would like to donate, the following items are most needed:
Cloth diapers Clothing (size 0-3 months
is most needed) Baby Wipes Baby Powder Feminine pads Toilet Paper Q-Tips Stuffed animals Crayons Coloring books Individually wrapped snacks Individual juice boxes Small toys Twin sheets (this is for
the hospital)
We gladly accept anything you have (and of course, cash is good!) If you would like to go one month,
please let Pam Sims or Lidia DeConto know. This is an awesome opportunity to spread the word of Jesus to a lot of people
at once.
Summary
God is doing great things at CBC! Get involved and be part of these activities! Be sure to visit
your website http://www.CoronadoBibleChurch.org/ and visit the Missionary/Outreach Update and CBC in Action to see what’s
going on!

Bryan & Jennifer Kaiser (8/10/2011) Hello everyone, I try to write Saturday night but it took me 41 min to long on and I wrote you all a letter
but I lost the email connection before I could send it, that's just the way things are here. TIH. This is Haiti!!!!
I dont know where to start I only have a few dozen new stories so I guess I'll just give you a few brief notes. 1 is it is really hot here, every night I take a shower and 5min later I have sweat pouring off me again. My sheets
are soaking wet in the morning.
We were told this year we would cut back to seeing only 100 patients per day
because the team is half the size of what it was in Feb. But we are seeing over 200 patients per day.
Went
to the far west yesterday to see 40 patients ... We saw 97 and it took a few hours to get there due to huge mud
lakes in the dirt roads, wait until you see the pictures, we could not get back because a large truck was blocking
the road because it was stuck in a mud puddle it was way after dark now we were suppose to be back at 7 because that's
when it is pitch black outside and the bus had no headlamps we ended up walking for an hour in the dark I got several
large thorns in my right foot which easily penetrated my flips and we walked through mud well above our ankles many
times. We finally had some tap taps (small trucks) pick us up and drive us a couple of hours home.
Many
people are seeing again .... Saw a lady today with cancer that ate up her entire eye and part of her cheek. This is a
sad sad place.
On the bright side I am losing weight eating rice with weird things in it!
I have
to get back to clinics now. Bryan & Jennifer Kaiser

Coronado Bible Church Missions Update and How YOU May Help! (7/24/2011) Foster Home in Chame Mario
& Fernanda Herrera are opening up a Foster Home in Chame. The purpose of this home is to take in kids who are in
the city in dangerous situations. They could have parents who are prostitutes or drug addicts who are unable to take
care of them. The parents will sign over the children to their care. The Herrera family will teach them how to
live in a Christian family. Mario was raised in an orphanage for 11 years and was led by God to Panama
from Argentina for this purpose. They are a lovely young couple with incredible faith.
They have two children of their own and plan to provide foster care for two children. They also plan to start the adoption
process for two additional children who will be permanently part of their family. They will be moving into a rental
house in Chame on July 30, 2011. They are in need of everything for this home: furniture, appliances, dishes,
towels, pots, pans, etc. If you have something you are not using, please consider donating it. Also, if you have
extra stickers from El Rey or Super 99, donate stickers for dishes for them! Please
contact Pana Christopher at 6796-2862 to coordinate.
New Mom’s
Mission
We continue
visiting Penonome Hospital monthly to provide hand-made bags containing items for new mothers.
These include diapers (both cloth and disposable), baby wipes, blanket, clothes and personal care items for mother and baby.
We also talk to them about Jesus Christ and provide Bibles to those who do not have one. We also go to the pediatric unit and provide small bags with snacks, juice, toys,
coloring pages, crayons, and small stuffed animals. If
you would like to contribute, the following items are what are most needed: Cloth
diapers Baby wipes
Small stuffed
animals People
to sew bags, blankets and/or make stuffed animals Twin sized sheets (both fitted and flat-do not need to match). The
hospital is in desperate need of sheets! For
more information, please contact Lidia DeConto at 6794-0235 or email missions@CoronadoBibleChurch.org. Your continued support is appreciated!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
New Mothers Mission (7/22/2011) On Thursday, July 21, 2011, we
visited Penonome Hospital and delivered 23 bags to New Mothers.
We were very fortunate to have both Lidia and Diana go so they talked to them about Jesus Christ and provided Bibles
to those who did not have one. We also visited the pediatric unit and handed out 17 bags to the kids.
These bags contained small stuffed animals, toys, coloring pages, crayons, snacks and a juice box.
Thanks to Nancy
who took photographs of the mothers, babies and pediatric patients and provided photographs on the spot! The
look of joy on their faces was amazing! Nancy
has provided her contact information to the head doctor and told her to call if there is a baby who isn’t expected to
live, she will do her best to get there to take photographs for the family to have. What a blessing that
is to the family! Sandy Perry provided snacks
for the nurses that were greatly appreciated and spent time with the children and distributing the bags!
We are fortunate to have such talented, giving members of our church! There is no other
group that visits Penonome Hospital so the doctors and nurses
are extremely grateful to have us come in. There is a lot of need. We are going to start
leaving some diapers and clothing with them that they can hand out to the needy on days we are not there. We
will also leave information so they know that this is a gift from Jesus. Would you like to know how you can help? We need cloth diapers,
baby wipes, toilet paper, coloring books, crayons, individually wrapped snacks, and small stuffed animals as well as help
sewing bags. Also, if you would like to go one month to the Hospital, please let us know.
Everyone who has gone has been greatly fulfilled! Our goal is to give as many women the opportunity
to share in this mission as possible!

Bryan & Jennifer Kaiser (7/2/2011) Hello everyone at the Coronado Bible Church ! Jen and I are back in Georgia. USA its always good to be back home, however we must add how much we already miss all of you in Panama.
We just want to give a huge THANK YOU to everyone at the Coronado Bible Church for making our last God's Eyes trip
so wonderful.
I'm sure by now Pastor Tim has shared with all of you the numbers of the trip so I'll skip those
because God's Eyes trips are never about numbers anyways. They are always about sharing the love of Jesus in a very tangible
way. And this is where you all come in, your love and hard work and your willing hearts to serve helped us to accomplish what
we have been commanded to do.
Without YOU we are much less effective, because of YOU the Kingdom of Heaven
was greatly expanded and for this we are ever so humbly grateful.
Of all the trips we go on the one to Panama is
the most organized and efficient trip of every year. We have had numerous trips where we end up with 500 people a day showing
up to be helped and they are pushing and shoving to be the next one served. So it is with greatly appreciative hearts that
Jen and I once again express our true thankfulness at all the hard work you do to make our mission of bringing vision to the
world so easy.
May God richly bless all of you who served alongside with us. You truly have embraced the heart
and mind of Our Lord Jesus Christ and we are honored to know you and look forward to serving with you again soon. With much
love we pray blessings on you all.
May peace and joy be added unto you,
Bryan & Jennifer Kaiser

Challinor Update (6/26/2011) Dear Friends,
It is a beautiful morning in
northern Wisconsin. After several days of dark clouds, rain, and chilly weather, it was lovely to get up this morning and
see the sun shining. Actually, the sun always shines whether we can see it or not. It reminded me of the fact that even though
we can't always see God's hand at work, He is faithfully working and accomplishing His purpose to see His Church established.
You may remember when we wrote a couple months ago about an indigenous Kuna pastor, Edelfonso, and the heartache of seeing
him lose his precious wife to sickness. We recently heard from NTM co-workers of the way God has used her death to soften
the hearts of other Kunas towards the gospel, including her father who is a chief and witch doctor. Please continue to pray
for Edelfonso and his family as well as the Kuna church.
Our first month of "home assignment" has gone by incredibly
fast. We spent the first week traveling to Illinois and Indiana. We are now settled in a small farmhouse near my sister and
her family. It is actually the first time that our younger three children have ever stayed longer than two weeks in one place
in the US since we usually spend our home assignment traveling. We have spent longer lengths of time in Canada near Simon's
parents, but not in their "passport" country. Michael, Daniel, and Andrew are all playing on local soccer teams.
Robbie is working on the dairy farm where we are living. He is up each morning by 5:00 a.m. so that he can help with morning
chores. Michael and Daniel along with their cousin, Becca, are picking strawberries at a local farm. Andrew signed up to participate
at a local theatre. Theatre camp lasts six hours each day five days a week. He will be performing in the "Jungle Book"
July 15th - 17th. We are thankful that God has given our boys different opportunities than what they have experienced in Panama.
July
4th week we will be in the Milwaukee area with Simon's family. His dad and mom are visiting from England to celebrate the
birth of Simon's sister and husband's first child. Simon's brother, Andy, and wife, Ralene, live in Milwaukee and we
look forward to time with them and their new son, Lenny. Time with family is precious and good-byes seem more difficult
the older we are.
After
living for 15 years in a house full of "boys" I am enjoying my niece, Becca. She is an MK from Paraguay where her
parents minister among the Sanapana people. She will be a senior in high school this August, but she is spending the
summer with us here in WI.
I
wish we had news from our Naso friends, but since we left five weeks ago, we haven't been able to talk to anybody by cell
phone. Please continue to pray for the spiritual growth of the Naso believers. Pray that those reading the Scriptures as well
as listening to the audio NT will be challenged in their thinking and understand Biblical truth. We will be making a trip
to Siey Kjing the week after we return to Panama Aug. 14th.
With thankful hearts for your part in lives, Lavonne for the family

Coronado Bible Church –
New Mom’s Mission (3/15/2011)
Coronado Bible Church – New Mom’s Mission And How You Can Help! Coronado Bible Church is an English-speaking non-denominational church located in Coronado (we also offer
instantaneous Spanish translation for our Spanish speaking members and visitors). Our mission statement is: To be
a light in the community. To spread the good news of Jesus to everyone. To be a helping hand
to our neighbors whoever they might be.
One of the ways we are reaching out is by holding New Mom’s Visits to area hospitals.
We held our first New Mom’s Visit on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at La Chorrera Hospital. We delivered and visited
with 15 new, needy mothers. We delivered hand-made drawstring bags containing personal care items for the mothers and
babies. La Chorrera delivers between 30-40 new babies a DAY! The hospital helped us identify the neediest mothers.
Many of these mothers come from outlying areas and have nothing. We saw two new mothers who had nothing to put on their
babies – not even a diaper! One of those mothers had a Down’s syndrome baby.
We plan to visit La Chorrera and Penonome Hospitals monthly to continue this mission
(San Carlos does not have a maternity unit—all are sent to one of these two hospitals). However, the success
of this mission depends upon donations! If anyone in the local community (or coming down to visit) would like to donate,
we are looking for the following items: Baby clothes (have a grandbaby or friend in the states that has outgrown his/her clothes? Bring them
down – we will put them to good use!)
Baby
wipes Diapers – cloth
(HUGE need for these!) Diaper
pins Diapers – disposable Baby Powder Sanitary Napkins Toilet Paper Toothbrush Toothpaste Fabric to make bags or baby blankets
Note: Even if not listed above, we will happily accept all donations but we are
NOT requesting baby bottles at this time because the hospitals encourage breast feeding and do not want us to provide bottles. Like to sew? We are looking for people to sew the
drawstring bags and baby blankets. We provide the material – you provide the talent! Don’t like to shop or sew but want to help?
We need people to cut material. Also, monetary donations are happily accepted! Where to drop off donations:
Coronado: Sundays between 10:00-10:30 am during Fellowship time
at Coronado Bible Church (located upstairs in Coronado Resort). Stay for Church starting at 10:30 am! Coronado: Deanna Borden:
6543-4551 Altos
del Maria: Belinda Florada: 6965-2382 To Schedule Pick-up: Pam Sims 6680-2531

The Pastor's Corner on the
Gods Eyes Outreach (8/29/2010)
WOW is the word that bests sums up my reaction to events of the
past week. To recap: * God's Eyes gave out over 150 pairs
of prescription glasses and many, many more sunglasses and non-prescription reading glasses. * People's eyes lit up when they could see! Many commented that they could now read their Bibles. * We were very concerned after the first day that we had run through so many supplies needed to make
glasses. In fact, leading into the last day, we only had 32 frames left, but saw and assisted 85 people. Some
didn't require prescription glasses, but I'm pretty sure that God multiplied our resources. * We gave out all the juice boxes and had only three bottles of water and two packages of cookies left.
God provided (through you) just the right amount! * We made many
new friends, saw about 15 accept Jesus as their Savior for the first time, and planted many seeds which we will pray that
others will water until the time that God brings the harvest. I
can't even begin to list all those who deserve thanks. It was a great team effort from all who brought supplies, brought
lunches, provided transportation, translated, assisted signing people in, taking care of their needs, praying with people
and on and on. the God's Eyes team said this was the best organized program they ever worked in and were overwhelmed
with the outpouring of support from our people. They said over and over how excited they were to see what God
was doing in Panama! You will permit me (I hope) to tell you how instrumental Ellen was in organizing this past week.
You see, I preach the sermons and lead the crowd, but Ellen is the one making sure it gets done the right way. In the
end god is praised by all of us using our gifts for His glory! -- Pastor Tim

Gods Eyes Mission Here This
Week 8/22/2010
Gods Eyes has arrived here in Panama this weekend and joined
us at our Sunday Service today. It was wonderful to see them and bring them into our house of worship of God and His
Son, Jesus Christ. We are looking forward to three hard days of serving God and the people of Panama with the Gods Eyes
team. We will be in Bejuco on Monday and Wednesday and up in the Altos Del Maria area on Tuesday. We hope with
Gods Eyes help and skill to fit close to 150 Panamanians with glasses. What a blessing and gift from God that will be.
Pastor Tim put in todays bulletin the following: "We have the
opportunity this week to minister to Jesus when we are helping some of God's precious children to see! We are thrilled
to have Bryan Kaiser, founder of God's Eyes with us today. He is joined by two couples from Atlanta here to assist.
Please take the opportunity to welcome them. Every role is vital in making this ministry successful this week.
Remember, we are doing this for Jesus."
Below is a link to todays service that introduces Bryan.
Bryan explains what Gods Eyes does and the joy that they get in serving God and Jesus in helping those in need see.

What Gods Eyes Does
Update
from Simon (Lavonne and the boys) July 23, 2010
Dear Friends,
It is a very rainy morning here in Chame! Actually the the past month has been unusually
wet and rainy. We feel right at home since Siey Kjing often had one day after another with continuous rain and precipitation.
We are adjusting to life in "town" after living the past 11 years in Siey Kjing. We have kept busy this past month
turning the NTM guesthouse into our "home." Simon has been in the office learning the bookkeeping system so that
he can fill in when the regular bookkeeper (who happens to be my mom) is not here. The boys have enjoyed making friends
in the local Spanish speaking church. Michael, Daniel, and Robbie all attend youth group on Saturday afternoons and on Sunday
afternoons, rain or shine, play soccer with the young people from the church.
Last month we made a trip back to
Siey Kjing to visit friends, deal with things in our house, and just let people know that even though our summer plans
had changed, we would be back to visit as well as to teach anybody interested in studying the Bible. The elderly couple that
Simon had been studying with for several months were keeping track of the days and noticed that we arrived back a week later
than we had said. Their comment to us was, "We knew somebody must be sick or something bad has happened for you not to
come back on the day that you told us." They are waiting for our next visit at the beginning of August to continue studying
the Bible lessons. We will be taking the audio version of Naso New Testament recorded onto small machines called Proclaimers.
We trust that these, along with the written Word, will be another tool that God uses to reach the hearts of the Naso with
the Truth.
Changuinola has been making the Panamanian national news as the town has been the center of protests
and demonstrations that have resulted in looting, vandalism, and violence. Many Naso people live in in the Changuinola area
so the strikes have affected them as well. Eusebio (Pipón) and his wife, Maria, recently left Siey Kjing and moved
to another Naso community near Changuinola so that he could work for a hydroelectric project. Due to the strikes, Eusebio
hasn't worked for the past week. We have kept in touch with them by phone. Even though politically things have been
uncertain for them, Eusebio and Maria both continue to grow in the Lord and find their strength in Him. They continue to spend
time in the Word as a family and now are beginning to teach extended family members. It is very exciting for us to see them
take what God has taught them and have the desire to see other Naso people come to know the Lord. Please continue to
pray for them as well as the other Naso believers.
Thanks for your prayers, Lavonne for Simon and and boys
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Friends, Over the past several months we have asked prayer for
Eusebio (nickname Pipon) and his wife Maria as they studied the Bible with Simon. We would like you to rejoice with us over
their salvation. They have been hungry to study the Scriptures, and when they missed a study for some reason they were always
disappointed and tried to arrange another study time. We believe that they actually trusted in Christ several weeks ago, but
because of all the “religious” terminology that has become part of Naso culture, we didn’t want to put words
in their mouths for them to express what was happening in their heart. We just kept praying that God would make it evident
to us so that we would know best how to continue teaching them. Two days ago, Eusebio came to visit and once again thanked
Simon for taking the time to teach him and his wife. He expressed that they knew that “God’s path” was through
faith in Christ alone and not through their own efforts. Because of all the works orientated religious influence that has
become intertwined with traditional Naso culture, his personal expression of the Gospel was meaningful.
I am no
longer teaching Teodocia personally. She joined her elderly parents in their Bible study with Simon. It didn’t really make sense for me to go in one direction
while Simon went in another direction to teach the same lesson. She seemed very happy to join her parents and said that if
for some reason she couldn’t make it to her parent’s house, she would let me know so I could go to teach her at
her house. Although it was right to join the two studies, it felt strange to stop teaching a Bible study. Now I know why God
worked it out that way. Eusebio’s younger sister asked if we could teach her the Bible. She is extremely shy so told
her mother who told her son who told Simon who told me. I went to her house yesterday, and she was ready and waiting. I asked
if she could read her language, and she said that she could. I thought, “Yeah, right. I’ve heard that before.”
I was very pleasantly surprised when she read me Genesis 1:1 hardly missing a beat. She said
she had learned to read Naso by herself using a Naso Bible that her dad had purchased. Pray for Arcelis as we begin studying
together.
Thank-you for your part in what God is doing among the Naso. In a future update we will share some of
our upcoming plans and how we believe God is moving us to better serve the Naso people.
May you daily enjoy God’s
blessings, Lavonne for the family
